Sawatable is a platform that connects customers with restaurants, allowing users to discover restaurants, make table reservations, and in some cases confirm reservations through advance payments. Restaurants can register on the platform, manage their listings, accept reservations, and receive payouts from bookings made through the platform.

By accessing or using Sawatable, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the Sawatable services.

Sawatable operates from Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire.

For the purpose of these Terms:

To use Sawatable services, users must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Use the platform in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws

Sawatable reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these conditions.

Users may be required to create an account to access certain features of the application.

Users are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials
• Ensuring that account information remains accurate
• All activities that occur under their account

Sawatable is not responsible for unauthorized access caused by failure to protect login credentials.

Restaurants may register on the platform and provide information including:

• Restaurant name and description
• Address and contact details
• Menu and images
• Opening hours
• Pricing and reservation conditions

Restaurant partners are responsible for ensuring that all information provided on the platform is accurate and up to date.

Sawatable does not guarantee the quality, availability, or services provided by restaurants listed on the platform.

Users may reserve tables through the Sawatable mobile application.

When making a reservation, users must provide:

• Reservation date and time
• Number of guests
• Any additional required details

Reservations may be:

• Free reservations, where no payment is required, or
• Confirmed reservations, where an advance payment is required.

Once a reservation is confirmed, the restaurant will receive the booking information through the platform.

Restaurants may accept, reject, or manage reservations based on availability and their internal policies.

Some reservations may require advance payment.

Payments made through the platform are processed through Paystack.

Sawatable does not store full payment card details.

Users are responsible for ensuring that payment information provided during transactions is accurate and authorized.

All payments made through the platform are subject to the payment provider's policies and security procedures.

Sawatable operates as a reservation marketplace.

When a reservation payment is made:

1. The payment is processed through the platform.
2. Sawatable deducts a platform commission based on the applicable commission rate.
3. The remaining amount becomes available to the restaurant partner for withdrawal.

Restaurants can track their earnings and request withdrawals through the platform.

Reservations may be cancelled subject to the cancellation policies defined by the restaurant partner.

Refunds for advance payments may depend on:

• The restaurant's cancellation policy
• The time of cancellation
• Platform refund procedures

Sawatable may assist in processing refunds but does not guarantee refunds where restaurant policies restrict them.

Users may be allowed to leave reviews and ratings for restaurants after their visit.

Users agree that reviews:

• Must be honest and based on real experiences
• Must not contain offensive, defamatory, or misleading content

Sawatable reserves the right to remove reviews that violate platform guidelines.

Users and restaurant partners agree not to:

• Use the platform for illegal purposes
• Provide false or misleading information
• Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the platform's functionality
• Engage in fraudulent reservations or payment activities

Sawatable reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Sawatable acts only as a platform connecting customers and restaurants.

Sawatable is not responsible for:

• Restaurant service quality
• Food quality or restaurant operations
• Reservation availability or cancellations by restaurants
• Disputes between customers and restaurants

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sawatable shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.

All content, branding, and technology related to the Sawatable platform, including logos, design, and software, are the intellectual property of Sawatable.

Users may not copy, distribute, or reproduce platform content without prior permission.

Sawatable reserves the right to suspend or terminate user or restaurant accounts if:

• These Terms are violated
• Fraudulent or abusive activity is detected
• False information is provided

Users may also request deletion of their accounts at any time.

The use of Sawatable services is also governed by the Sawatable Privacy Policy, which explains how personal data is collected and processed.

Sawatable may update these Terms from time to time.

Any changes will be posted on the platform with an updated effective date. Continued use of the services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Côte d'Ivoire.
